This is just a pet deck I've been fiddling around with since Omens. I don't have any of the new campaign cards. Not sure if any of them would make a difference.
The game plan is simple. Play birds. Beat face. Make sure that the opponent develops ornithophobia through a series of savage, undeserved, assaults.
You can easily drop the Shelterwings, Protects, and Rolant's Fist for practically anything you want. For a while I was running Nostrix, but with no Strangers / Seeker Power / etc it can be hard to hit influence.
Feel free to throw Finest Hours in. I only run Protect to try to bring Shelterwing back up to speed, to dodge uncomfortable Channel the Tempest, and to save a big creature from wipe.
I run 3 Eilyn's Choice. The idea being that if I have an aggressive board hitting turn 5+ I can just sandbag influence to counter a harsh rule if I know they're running it. It's a pretty flexible card.
You have 8, potentially 11, ways of dealing with Sandstorm Titan — the bane of this deck.
The sigil base may not be correct. I'm not a sigil wizard.
Is this the best deck? No. Is this the best aggro deck? No. Is this the best Hooru deck? Probably not. But it's fun, brainless, and quick. You'll either climb (or fall) really fast.
Have fun. Watch Beaks! or The Birds while playing for theme.
