5-color-mostly-green was a popular Magic deck back in the day. Similarly, 5-faction-mostly-time uses Time's ability to fetch and fix to allow us to comfortably play any card that doesn't require double-influence. We also have access to a wide range of tools to contest the game state. Silences are strong right now, because not many decks are trying to win with pure beef, they're all using synergies and tricks.

I always start building without markets, but a bunch of people like one, so here ya go. If you don't want to play the market, replace the Deliveries with two Beastly Disruption and an Amber Acolyte, or whatever appeals to you. I haven't played enough games with the market to say if it's good or not.
