Version 3 of Jennev Burn V2 and Jennev Burn.

Signal Flare, Torch, Rockslide, Torrential Downpour, and Display of Instinct are the Burn Cards.
Cloudsnake Harrier and Howling Peak Smuggler make the Burn Cards better.

Champion of Fury, Cykalis, the Burning Sand, and Pyre Elemental are for more Out of Hand damage.

Dusk Raider both improves the Charge Cards and adds a little Burn.

Teacher of Humility is sort of out of place, but it's a powerful card, so there's two of them.

Market:
Flame Blast allows for Burn at any Power cost.
Permafrost is to Stun annoying Units.
Equivocate is to Transform annoying Units.
Obliterate is both Burn and Removal.
Howling Peak is for when things go Late.
