I love the deck but I hate Dazzle. I swear every time I'm holding it up my opponent is playing 1 drops I want to counter, or slamming endurance units lol.

When it comes to Dazzle... It worked quite well in that particular TNE meta but can be little worse in the ladder meta. I was considering a really long time Dazzle vs Exploit but Dazzle "modular" part got me (since it's good vs midranges, Controls, though yeah only okayish vs aggros). So you can try Exploit in that spot, maybe it'll work better for you.

Other card that I considered was Display of Survival but couldn't really find the spot for it.

Last but not least, if aggros are something you face very often you can try switching Scourge for Lightning Storm.
