Basically just a super grindy Midrange-Control deck that has decent success in the early (like Bronze/Silver/Gold) ladder. Game plan is just answer everything they play, stick Icaria, Makto, or Rizhan and finish them out.
Odd choices out:
Devastating Setback - Nod to tokens, though the ability to strip a spell or attachment is quite helpful for making your threats actually stick to the board.
Obliterate - I found just a little extra reach helps close out some games, and it's a nice piece of removal.
Grasping at Shadows - The pair of cards helps grind out the longer matches by bringing back threats or lets you get something back you previously dismissed from an early Quarry. Also a nice random bit of reach if you have an Icaria in the yard.
Crownwatch Standard - Lifesteal is nice. I don't need much, but it's nice to have as an option. Fetchable with Petition if I think I'll need it early.

Dramatist's Mask - Honestly there's no "good" reason to have this card in here. I wish I could say that it's super secret tech against hard control decks or that it helps you cycle through the deck with Maktos, but it's literally just in here because I think the card is fun as hell and super sick when if you can keep it going a few turns. May or may not also be why there's a few Grasps in the main.
Deepforge Plate - Partially a win-more card, partially because the +5/+5 Overwhelm really helps push damage.
