FoX released some great additions for charge rod combo -- Grodov Evangel and Dragon Forge. The ideal set up is T3 East Annex Smuggler into T4 Dragon Forge into T5 Divining Rod. I'm not convinced Galai, Shavka's Listener has a place in the list yet (the body and cost are just terrible). The market feels right in a general sense, but of course depends on the meta. Let me know if you have any suggestions!
