Gold Rising

Initially wanted to make an Icaria deck that splashed Time, and ended up with something more like a Combrei deck that splashed triple Fire for Icaria.

There are only two Siraf because I don't have a full set.

Included Leave a Witness partially just because I have them, but I like them since there aren't too many units, and some are ones I'd really like to be able to keep alive through a board wipe.

Rise to the Challenge provides nice access to Icaria, Mystic Ascendant, Desert Marshal, Combrei Healer, Shatterglass Mage, or Throne Warden.

Stronghold Visage should probably be another Throne Warden or anything else more useful, but I like trying to make it work.
