I think you either need to lean into the West-Wind Herald part of this deck or excise it completely. Run Crafty Yeti for hand-setting, discarding high-cost spells that hopefully get cast for free, or cut Herald for more yetis or burn.

Probably want to run Rockslide, it's an efficient removal card.
