Made it to masters with this deck, it seems pretty good. Basically the same as something like Scrappy Hour, but I use Tasbu/Office instead of Witching Hour. Tasbu means you're not going to run out of cards, and Office means you won't run out of life. So you can just kind of keep playing cards and surviving until they can't defend themselves anymore.
The deck seems decently well positioned, it absolutely crushes mono-fire and seems to have an at least decent matchup against everything else I came across. I don't remember any matchups where I felt extremely unfavored, but it is basically impossible for this deck to beat the Glimpse/Storm decks (I never saw them, but a friend of mine plays it a lot). Also decks that use Obelisk, Chains, or other strong Relics can be tough due to the lack of relic removal.
I've tried a bunch of different cards in the market. I think you definitely always want Office, Desecrate, and Nullblade. Those are the most common grabs, and they all seem really good. Office is one of the main wincons (and ways for us to survive all the self damage), Nullblade shuts down a fair number of decks and gives us another angle of attack, and Desecrate is Desecrate.
The other 2 market cards have been some combination of Devastating Setback, Madness, Bloodrite Kalis, and Burglarize. I think any of those is good depending on the meta. Kalis can do crazy things with Tasbu, but I only really wanted it when I was already winning, this is the one I'm most skeptical of. Burglarize was just too narrow, although it did help in a game or two. Setback is nice, but I mostly wanted the boardwipe and there are a bunch of Rakano decks with 3 health 3 drops so Malediction seems better. Madness could be really good, I just almost never grabbed it. I definitely missed some opportunities, it might be correct to always run this if you're better at seeing plays with it than me. And Statutory Maiden is another void hate and just a generally good card to grab. But it's mostly there as filler.
The maindeck should be pretty self-explanatory, I have 1 Office because I didn't want 4 Stones and sometimes (rarely) you need multiple Offices. It's been a super nice 1/3 split, I wouldn't recommend changing it. I had witching hour as the 1-of but it seemed too slow/unreliable.
I only run 2 Desecrate main because of Combust/Torch. Also Tasbu deals a fair amount of damage, more Desecrates might make the deck too self-damaging. I haven't really felt like I need more removal, but there is room for anther Desecrate - I'm just not sure what to cut.
Tasbu is crazy good in this deck. He's extremely versatile, you can use him as a solo threat or to make a full board really hard to deal with. When you play him kind of depends on the matchup but usually I like to fill the board then play him. This way you can a-space and force a lot of damage/draws, or sit back and chump block to refill your hand. Also, if you wait until you have more than 5 power sometimes you can play him and Combust/Devour right away to get a free draw. So generally you want to play Scraptank first, then Tasbu (also a lot of the time they'll use removal on Scraptank and have none for Tasbu).
Dizo's Office is also extremely good because this deck damages your health a lot, but it also can get a lot of stats out, and Office converts those to health. And then of course there's the Agenda, which as great. Dizo himself is also pretty nice, you should usually have a minor unit to trade for the Scheme and the unblockable can be really good for breaking stalls. I've definitely won a lot of long games by completing the agenda.
