Cull the deck is probably close enough but I’d get all the adventures eventually. Jekks bounty has copperhall bailiff which is a tech card for justice against token decks and combrei emissary which is a combo piece in Vodacombo.

quarry is a must have card for most stonescar decks.

Its certainly a substitute, but quarry gives you the discount which matters when you are playing the drawn card in the same turn, quarry dumps your other card into the yard (which this list doesnt have synergies for, but if you ever play torrent of spiders, becomes very important), and when you want to hold up removal/interaction at a cheaper price (like to elusive 0 cost torch). other than those few differences, it will likely function in a fairly decent fashion.
