Greetings, this is my charge rod list from the latest tournament that I played in. Going to post more information on it on Reddit, but for now this is a good place if you'd like to ask me any questions about the deck. If you'd like the VOD of tournament play it is here.

Hey Grimfan, I'm interested in this deck as it seems like a lot of fun, but is it any good for laddering? Thanks and congrats on your tournament placements :)
If I was going to play it on ladder I would start with the base deck and tweak it to the meta. But honestly it's not the best laddering deck. The reason it does well in tournaments is partially because I have a lot of experience but also because it sideboards really well for the problem matchups. You just cannot do that on the ladder.
That said, there are certain ladder metas where this deck thrives. If you see yourself facing a lot of uninteractive decks, you are generally positioned very well to win. But be prepared to lose a lot.
I picked it up, made a few adjustments, and frankly, it's been doing fairly well in most matchups. (about 20-30 now?).
Its game vs control is, in my experience, already insanely strong if no reason other than icaria/souldrake/burst turn. So me and a friend did a few small modifications for aggro (+3 combrei healers, +1 acolytes, -1 seek power, -3 iceberg runners) The slight change's have helped dramatically since even just 1 combrei healer eats the aggro, eats the aggro creatures (or stops them), slows them down just enough to get some of the bigger threats online, while healing you.
I've been pretty impressed with how it works as I've had it go aggro against slower decks, midrange against aggro, and combo against control.
its all in how you play it. grim has been playing this forever and probably knows exactly how to beat each type of opponent (as he demonstrated in the tournaments). when people think about seeing a tournament deck and applying to the ladder they rightfully should be hesitant but in the case of a explosive combo deck such as this you really dont need to do anything...just look at the other versions posted on warcry that are not specific to a tournament listing from grim or sirrhino. its pretty much the same deck.
