I'm enjoying this deck a lot. I don't have Obliterate just yet, so I'm using other good value red cards instead for now.

Hello!
I want to thank you for creating this deck, too ;) Started playing Eternal a week ago and this was the first deck I've created using the shiftstone to farm the ranked duels. Granted, I'm still on the silver level, it allowed me to grab enough cash for few drafts which in turn allowed me to earn more and more and build towards a BG control list.
As Zeptinune rightfully points out, the deck catches many opponents with their pants down and can close out the games before they execute their mighty combos.

Hola!

Thanks for making this deck. I've been playing the game for about a week and decided to burn a few cards I wasn't using to try it out. Overall, it's a pretty big 'hit or miss' deck. You basically NEED to start out with at least 1 "Oni Ronin" and at least 1 "Torch" in your opening hand. Due to the deck only having 1 colour, it's hard to lose by mana-screw but I've still had it happen occasionally (2 times out of 10). For grinding the Gauntlet this is a very easy deck to use, however, in Ranked I'm having only really a 50-50 win chance.

I think the deck honestly needs some more tweaking as it seriously runs out of gas in the mid-game. There's a lot of good "Stranger" cards and I think maybe they should get some more use here. I know they are kinda weak at 2:2 but giving all Strangers *Deadly* and *Quickdraw* would be really nice. Also, do we really need 4x Groundbreaker? I know it's an excellent card and I've definitely caused some people to rage when playing it, but I seem to keep drawing it so often. I actually had all 4 of them in my hand on turn 5 after drawing almost 3 in a row...

Anyway. Would be really nice to get some more information from other people who are playing this deck. It's a decent deck for grinding for people who can't afford those insane 50k+ Shiftstone decks... Not too hard to get my daily pack with this and snatch a few wins in Arena but I do feel like there's a better deck out there for <10k Shiftstone.

P.S. I swapped out 5 "Fire Sigil" for 3 "Rally" and 2 "Soulfire Drake" because I was losing almost all games that were being played on a per-card-basis at mid-game. I still think there could be more tweaking though.

Well, it was meant to be played in the weekly tournament, so it’s a different meta. The idea was to go under Tavrod with strangers and then flashfire to Face to win before the opponent could stabilize. I’m surprised you’re having success with it on ladder tbh.

The 4 groundbreakers are a counter to Bart+falcion.

How did you remove fire sigils? That puts the deck below 1/3 power.

You can remove a lot of sigils before the deck is under 1/3 power because there's just so many sigils in it.

I'm pretty new to this game so I honestly thought this was a ladder deck. I guess I should look more closely, but at least it's quite cheap to craft. I've gotten to master in gauntlet with this so I guess I'll look at something else to craft now.

The deck isn't so bad with ladder because most people are so freaking slow in this game and play really slow decks. Something like 7 in 10 people I play have really slow start up times so by the time it's mid game. I just hit them with 2 high power Flash Fire and maybe an Obliterate and that's the game. Honestly no one I am coming across is using ageis on face at all, and even if they did I'd just pop it with a Torch.

The deck literally has 25 power. The absolute minimum. And 2 are monuments. You can’t remove power and have it be legal.

Did you change it? When I imported the deck a few days ago there were a lot more than 25 Fire Sigils or maybe I made a calculation error somewhere but I don't think so.
