This is the first deck I've been happy with enough to post.

Buffing Ephemeral Wisp with Preserver of Dualities or Xenan Obelisk and Spiteful Lumen is funtimes.
Also the synergy with Azindel, the Wayfinder lets you get a stupid amount of power to activateMask of Torment with or without lifegain (though you can use Surgeon's Saw for that)

I tossed in the Void Drummer since I already had one, a second one would be welcome though.

If you want to make it more consistent to return your wisps, I suggest swapping Seek Power with Find the Way. I had that for a bit but had a couple games where I died before getting a time sigil.
