The deck's most glaring weakness is against control, of course, but even so, it still contains the tools to compete in those match-ups. In a way, this is a "utility" relic deck, built upon a rat cage/courtier core, which actually works. A lot of decision-making is also involved in deciding which relics to obtain through display of knowledge and knowing when to change strategies mid-game, depending on the board state. It's real fun when you get the hang of it.
You can even cut Vault of the Praxis for a different relic or utility option since this deck can hold its own easily without it
