Diogo's Moment of Creation [Update 16/04/19]

This deck is the result of wanting to build a non-meme deck that Diogo Malaga, Elonze would seem good in, and Moment of Creation seemed to synergize pretty well with him. Firstly, you want a high density of spells for Diogo to get value, and you want a number of them to be bombs. The same is true when trying to maximize Moment of Creation. The late game option of Xo of the Endless Hoard is a sweet new pickup for FTP Moment as well.

The spell line-up needs a degree of consideration. Sometimes you will hit Torch off Diogo, which seems bad (and it kind of is). Obviously, we have to play Torch, and if you hit it off Diogo every so often, then that is an acceptable sacrifice we make to play Torch. However, the lack of Seek Power is very intentional. Jennev Cargo can at least be cast for free so we can play the same card we contraband into on that same turn, and Find the Way is a draw-two due to the echo trigger, whereas Seek Power would truly be an awful hit.

The deck is a ton of fun, but a little hard to play at first. Getting to resolve a huge Diogo is very satisfying however.

This deck has been doing well in Masters ~500. Purify is mostly an additional out to Silverwing Courier, and Calderan Cradle is a pro-active card to fetch in slower matchups. but Zal-Chi might be the superior choice over Cradle.

I've tried cutting Diogo or moving him to the market, but the deck would be better suited as a standard FTP midrange deck without him. He provides some very nice explosiveness when needed, and his flying clause comes up a lot. Find the Way is the one flex slot in the main I can think of, but as of yet I haven't thought of anything else that could replace it.
