More aggressive than older versions of hooru. Based on neonblondes list but cleaned up some of the numbers. Unsure of the 1-drop spells package, finest hour and gift of battle feel like the best ones, but levitate is pretty important. It's possible the sharpened reflexes should go and round out some of those 3 ofs but I haven't tested enough.

Only 2 copperhall bracers because nonbo with pacifier.

It's only a 2 of so the nonbo comes up very infrequently. I've found the bracers to be really good though so I've moved away from pacifier and am up to a full set of the bracers now.
