Why little Icaria over Kothan? If you know there’s less aggro, is it better or has it been strictly better in all matchups?

I think it is strictly better right now. It has a much higher upside and with the curve of this deck you often don't have time to ult kothon and it is usually your weakest play. Whereas Icaria's ult comes much sooner and can often win the game. Not too mention a 2/3 doesn't do much more than a 1/1 blocking early right now.
