firey stonescar !

Remaining very on brand for myself I guess I'm nearly finished with Stonescar for the new set.

I think that Ghodan is a really powerful card and feels like a chunky soulfire drake, having the warp ability made me want to have more charge in the deck so I decided to play maindeck highwayman rather than statuary maiden but we still have access to her in the market.
Because Ghodan is so powerful I really wanted to build around being able to play her more consistently which is why I started working towards playing Kaleb's Persuader as it will help you hit your fire sigils as well as having synergy with both flameblast -- dealing incremental damage and also drawing you more power so that you can blast for more.
Persuader also works really good with lifesteal units too as it'll help you race a lot as you gain life from the kalebs favour effect.
Now that we are so heavy in fire I think we can try out Nika who has really impressed me, as it allows me to be kind of power light with the pledge effect as well as having synergy with our plan of burning out the opponent when they interact and warcry/weapon works well on being able to double her power.

we still have 18 sources of shadow so we are still consistently making 5/5 champions very early on, though maybe a little less than when my stonescar had a more even split.



Market -- or the reason we are playing Cen Wastes Smuggler

I always wanted to play the kerendon merchant because I liked the cards they could access but I always wanted ixtun merchant because they have a better body.
Cen wastes is kind of a happy medium and allows us to have an assertive body that also lets us grab bore or dark return.

Hideout pistol is deceptively good here as we are playing four different kinds of gunslingers (if only nika was one) so it is just a cheap removal spell we can grab.
the cargo is basically a seek power we can grab from the market because its a smuggler market we would be hard pushed to put actual power and having the cargo in the market means it doesn't interupt our insignias :)
