Information

This is the deck I've been playing since Trials of Gordov released, after tweaking. Currently at rank 84 with it.
Card Choices:
Finest Hour: best combat trick in the game.

Levitate: fills spots for Hojan/Aniyah renown. Sometimes the flying comes up too.

Swift Refusal: on some draws, the deck can be vulnerable to hailstorm, which this fixes, and countering removal is pretty clutch.

Permafrost and Vanquish: bread and butter hooru removal suite.

Hojan, Crownbreaker: the lifesteal and ramp make this guy irreplaceable. Try to hold smth up when dropping him if possible.

Kothon, the Far Watcher: next best 2 drop statwise. The ultimate is also relevant.

Hooru Pacifier: our torch dodging hailstorm dodging 3 drop. Play if you're expecting cheap removal.

Valkyrie Enforcer: self explanatory. Silencing a permafrosted unit is probably the best play.

Rime Conclave Smuggler: allows a more versatile market with a better body.

Unseen Commando: adds some more desperately needed lifesteal, synergises with Pacifier. 3 of since it's the least impactful 3-drop.

Aeva, Eilyn's Elite: this card is fairly innocuous but tbh it was after subbing this in for Poaching drake that the deck started to shine. Can't be nullified by torches and hailstorm like Shelterwing or Drake, and the tribute/infiltrate Cloudsnake Hatchling is market fodder, a sea of blockers vs aggro, and another flier to get in hits for Sodi to draw extra cards.

Sodi, Wingbreaker: sodi and fliers is a match made in heaven. Evasive units draw more cards and the onslaught clears the way for your fliers to keep hitting. Deals with sites too, which can be backbreaking for Peaks/Temple/Masterwork players.

Aniyah, Arctic Sheriff: another innocuous star in the deck. Fixes power, functions as removal without needing to add more removal and acts as removal bait from the opponent into your combat tricks.
Market Cards:

Adjudicator's Gavel: fetch vs shift and reanimator decks.

Royal Decree: fetch vs Icaria decks, Diogo combo and right after the opponent goes to the market.

Lightning Storm: fetch vs aggro (mostly anti-yetis). Be sure to use smuggler before casting as it will die to storm.

Pristine Light: fetch vs Jennev, Combrei ramp and other big time midrange decks. Hold until you get 2-3 targets, as you need to take out as many as possible to get the win.

Korovyat Palace: fetch whenever you have 6 power. Was too clunky in the main deck.
Hope you enjoy and good luck out there!

sediti was cut cause of the influence problems? hitting 5 green is pretty problematic I guess

Among other things, though this was the main one. The problem with Curse now is there's almost no one who's not pressuring or making face aegis. It rarely draws extra cards, and without that I had strategize in to stop us running out of gas. Sodi does his job better and 2J 2P feels like I'm never influence screwed.

I understand but a 3-6 body is really underwhelming and really doesn't trade into anything in the mid to late game.
Other than that I think that playing hailstorm over lightning storm in the market is better. Some yetis even have 3 life (crunch and chunk chunk, also when normal yetis are buffed by the site or party starter). many other cards also have 3 life (argentport instgator, teacher of humility).

We're not really playing Sodi for his attack. Yes, I miss warping in a 6/6 flier for 5 but Sodi draws us way more cards. He's able to block the Sandstorm Titans, Ironthorns and other ground fatties so we can get it with fliers without needing them to block. Honestly I'd rather a buff to 3/8 over a buff to 5/6 if I could choose since he dodges vanquish.
You're right, hailstorm kills more stuff, which is the problem. I don't wanna be nuking my own board. Lightning storm is also cheaper allowing us to do more in a turn.

makes sense, thanks for explaining!

NP. There are a lot of changes from what you'd expect (no palace main, Aeva, etc.) but it works.

I feel Aeva is quite weak here for me. Also, is 25 power enough? It seems pretty top heavy for me if you do not get your Hojan Ramp combo off.
BHV Edited Eternal Version: 1.46.9
At first glance aeva seems pretty weak I agree but it's 3/4 so it blocks well, it dodges torch and hailstorm, and the 1 less damage over Poaching Drake is compensated by the 1/2 fliers. (I'm not even considering Shelterwing with all the snowballs around and no aegis restoration on palace.)

Between Hojan and Aniyah pledge the deck has more power sources than you'd think. It's also not 100% necessary to hit 5 power to win every game since we only have 8 things we can't do (Aniyah can be pledged away in opening hands).
Edit: forgot to say "at 3 power." Most of our deck is 3 or less.
