Hi!

Is the reason for only 2 Katos due to influence considerations, or is it another reason entirely? Cause it seems deece with MoM and Supplier.

Also, any consideration to Savage Incursion in the market, or is it just too slow?

Kato is pretty slow these days, so two seems fine to me. I think he's mostly there as a late game draw, which you don't need 4x to accomplish.
