You want your market to be flexible to be packed with answers. Choose one: Azindel, Vara fate touched or Worldjoiner, and ditch the rest for some removal. Personally i would keep Vara FT, just because you run azi maindeck and if one dies , bringing it back with vara is a huge swing.
Xenan cupbearer sucks. You may replace it with scorpion wasp. Will help more in the control plan.
Dark return is an incredibly powerful card you are playing none of. You varas will die, your azindels will die, your lifespeakers will die and your fanatics will die. All of them are good revival targets and you do want to be able to get them back in case of need.
Furthermore, you are playing no copies of xenan initiation having a decent amount of deadly units and being capable of dark returning them. A deadly killer merchant or a vara with deadly and killer win games.
Then you can add a couple seek powers for early fixing and you should be golden.
It seems you are pretty new to the game and so i just recommended cards below rare quality. Dont take this post negatively, the deck may be greatly improved within a budget and some cards just are horrible and not worth playing in constructed, like cupbearer.
