[AD] Katra reanimator (Throne top 50 Masters July)

Just kidding, it's a Vara combo of course.

Inspired by a similar deck (Isomorphic's top 16 deck), I took out some cards to make the deck better suited for ladder and have a more flexible market. Banish and At Any Cost keep you alive against aggro and relic hate.

Some tips:
- When you have hourglass out, discarding power with Sporefolk or Back-Alley Delinquent is pure card advantage.
- Blightmoth's shade activates big Vara again. So if you can give it Killer with Xenan Temple, it represents another resurrect or a very nasty blocker.
- Resurrecting Azindel (by discarding it earlier) procs Vara an additional two times, creating a board of 6 units out of nowhere on turn 5.
