I have been kicking this deck around for a while and Wrath of Caiphus was really the missing piece to make it fully factionless. Currently sitting at Masters 180 on the back of this. It is very resilient and can race or go into more of a control mode.

I have played around with a few different combinations of cards and this seems to be the best pile for the current meta. Waystone Alignment is interesting but it was a bit too slow for this and distracted a bit from the winning line.

I welcome any and all feedback.

Snipe and Grand Supressor can be replaced by Caiphus and Stranger Site. Any of those two could runaway and dominate the game. Lessen Speaking Circle to 2 or 3, having more than one at hand is a dead card. Remove Alchemical blast for something else. I dont think colorless has enough goodies. You might need to splash Shadow for creature kill or Time for a more Stranger focused deck. Good luck!
