The combination of Rise being cheap enough to be playable and press-gang fetching them makes Call the Ancients far more plausible, and the 6/6 endurance/aegis for 1 is just stupid if you can consistently find them. In addition 0 cost cargos make 4 faction decks very plausible and combine very nicely with Alessi.
The spots I'm not sure about here are the awakened students, and then Pacifier/Choice in the market.
Top priority for mulliganing is having good influence and at least 2 early plays. After that Trading post is the best card in the deck, then call, then the interaction (display of instinct and equivocate).
Deck is 18-4 in 3 runs of the event for me, and has felt quite powerful.
