Yes, this is correct. Beacon gives you merchants, grafters, etchings, etc. randomly so best to be prepared! Powerful multicolored cards are both most likely to be able to be grabbed and impact the board, but the particular cards can be whatever you like. These are practically all the expensive cards in the deck, so just swap for whatever to avoid burning unneeded shiftstone.
