Description: A hot garbage pile of a combo deck. This deck is all about playing a dinosaur and then bonding out the next dino for basically nothing. This deck, while not super competitive, is super fun to play. The first time you play a Dino, then bond another dino out, chaining further into another BonDino, you will absolutely fall in love.
Card Choices:
Dragonbreath: This may seem like an odd choice for this deck but its basically giving the unit killer without the need for it to attack. This means deadly units are no longer as scary and your smaller units don't need to trade when using them for removal.
Xenan Initiation: Should actually be
Twilight Hunt but I didnt feel like crafting them just to try this deck out. now I am seriously considering the craft.
Baying Serasaur: This is the real combo piece in the deck. the turn after you play it, its a 4/4 because of the nightfall which often means you are able to bond out a
Surveying Mantasaur or a
Bellowing Thunderfoot on turn 4 which is usually game winning. It's synergy with
Seek Power and
Strategize also make it a potential threat every turn it's out. The only problem is that it is very weak to removal which is awful considering its the main combo piece.
Watcher of the Big Ones: This cardworks really well as an early blocker and synergizes really well with
Dragonbreath. It gets pumped by
Evelina, Valley Searcher and
Ageless Mentor which can both make it into a serious threat.
Worldbearer Behemoth: This card pulls even more weight in this deck than other decks as it absolutely the best way to bond out dinos. It also goes great with
Dragonbreath and
Xenan Initiation as both are affected by his overwhelm.
Cards avoided:
Sauropod Wrangler: Most of the dinos in this deck do not have 5 power. This card was not great when I tried it except to replay snapping brushstalker.
Snapping Brushstalker: He is good when you can reduce Dino costs with
Avisaur Patriarch and
Sauropod Wrangler but that really makes the deck too reliant on a perfect draw.
Friendly Wisp: Similar problem to
Sauropod Wrangler except that this one may still be worth the add. I am definately considering the add.
Clutchkeeper: Haha, You'll never be able to play this card except when you're far ahead on board. I chose
Foraging Sauropod instead which works out pretty well as it can attack and make a blocker at the same time.
And also watcher of the big one is kinda useless for the lack of mentor giving it to students right?
