This is what I used to make masters this season with a fairly budget list. The basic goal is obvious in that we are beating down our opponents in the air. This deck has a lot of decent synergies that help us meet that goal. I would recommend this to those who are tired of playing the usual spike decks but still want to be competitive. Win record has been in the 60-65% range.
Notable synergies:
Whispering wind discarding privilege of rank: get 2 justice + a 4 cost unit flier or Telut. Bonus synergy if you have a dusk raider in play.
Whispering wind + Acquisitive Crow attacking is likely good fodder to discard for a 2 cost or better card.
Whispering wind discarding a 4 cost unit 100% gets Telut, so you can feel more confident scouting him to the bottom if he's set to arrive too early.
Unseen Commando + any berserking unit means commando's ability stacks twice on the beserker.
A casting reinvigorate on a berserking shelterwing rider is a 10/10 attacking in twice in the air (note to cast reinvigorate always after choosing to go beserk for maximal effect, ie. adding the reckless skill as a buff).
When you land Telut, you want to be attacking, optimally with a beserkable flier and that often leads to concessions on the spot, even against Azindel decks. Telut's ability does not work when directed toward sites.
Not too much to say about the market, the choices are pretty dependant on what deck is being faced. I used to have crystalize in there, and it might be good but I hardly would pick it and have it go off. I'm currently running thunderstrike dragon in there (seems good with berserk), but was vision of austerity for quite a while as well. My gut feeling is the more defensive choices might be better, but I dunno. I'm generally picking gift of battle as a closer, or the counterspells to prevent desvastating opponent shenanigans.
The only new card from the new set is pitfall trap, which is a good way to filter out unneeded cards. Anyway, its a fun deck as cards like unstable form and the crow fodder add spice to the gameplay.
