Cargo Overload

Hi all! This is something that usually I don't do: a decklist without having all the cards listed in it. But before crafting the Cargos cards I really want some advice from the comunity. The goal of this brew-deck is to make Cargos viable from the start creating instant value (with Strangers) and to abuse them (with Hawk and Herald). I believe this is a first honorable try, but i feel that with the contribution of other brewers this list can improve a lot!
