This is the deck I used to reach master this month. I don't think the deck is top-tier yet, but I've been enjoying it and I recommend it if you like reanimator decks and/or Caiphus.
The deck consists of two complementary packages: Caiphus recursion with Caiphus/Image/DR/Grasping, and Scourge reanimator with Scourge/Song/Observer/Grasping. You don't necessarily need both packages to win a game, but they work well together. Against decks with no ways to silence Scourge, Caiphus/Vara + Mirror Image is one of the best ways to make sure you can win on the board after playing Scourge and don't just lose eventually to a pile of units. Against decks like FTJ with some silencers for Scourge, Scourge+Caiphus still does a great job of overloading their 4 Desert Marshal or whatever.
Although J cards are not technically necessary for either package, Privilege of Rank is the best card in the deck. Privilege is the main source of card advantage (it is roughly a 3-for-1 when discarded to Song or Observer) and makes hitting power drops much more reliable. The deck is extremely power-hungry: you usually want Harsh Rule or Grasping on turn 5, and Caiphus costs 6, but in fact you often want to get to 8 power so that you can play Grasping + Mirror Image on the same turn, and hardcasting Scourge at 10 comes up a surprising amount.
Because of this, my keep/redraw strategy is mostly based on Privilege of Rank; I keep almost all hands with Privilege and redraw almost all hands without Privilege. I'm much more interested in making power drops and having plenty of fuel for future Strat/Song/Observer/Merchants than I am in actually having cards that do something. This deck is very much about spinning your wheels, and you should be prepared to lose games sometimes where it feels like your deck just didn't do anything.
The remainder of the deck is a bit more card selection (Strategize/Merchant) and a light removal package (mainly Harsh Rule). The main flex slots in the deck are the spot removal (2 Suffocate and 1 Rindra's Choice at the moment); my original version of the deck had Sporefolk in these slots, but recently I decided I wanted some actual early answers to Teacher, Dusk Raider, and ChaFury. You are heavily leaning on Harsh Rule and the market removal spells regardless.
If you don't want to craft 4 Scourges, you can replace some or all of them with Azindels. Scourge is a lot better against Harsh Rule decks and Haunted Highway, but Azindel is better against Combrei and Xenan.
