This is a rough draft for a fun deck that wants to make Sandglass Sentinel large with a collection of Power Burst. Powercell, Sindain, and Victors Feast provide Power Burst to either ramp into your next play, or go off with Sandglass in play.
I know Fevered Scout does something similar, but Sandglass has built in Overwhelm and the deck might need to be retailored to include Scout + a way to give it Overwhelm. The market is currently generic answers to problems, making them all flex slots and not terribly important to the game plan.
