Blue Market Hooru Control

This a slightly more fun, less grindier version of my previously posted Hooru Control, with the main difference being it is not unitless and has a blue market. Not being unitless opens the blue market up as it isn't relying on the single win condition of Sword of the Sky King, and so isn't necessary to have a copy in the market. Maul is a fun option to smack down as a final nail in the coffin after beating them down with your 4/4s, finishing them off quickly (providing they have a hand). Frost Talisman allows you to draw cards late game if you are low on tools or drawing dead, while having the added bonus of temporarily removing a threat.
