I could see it as a swap for Sword of Unity as a finisher from the market. Depends on how popular Aggro/token decks are at the moment - lots of units being played by other player means your Secret Weapons will not come out. Versus something like control/midrange tho, Sword might be better as your Weapons usually come out around turns 6-8 anyway.

Could you often play Stygimoloch with reduced cost? Maybe you take advantage also of (temporarily) buffed units? That would be interesting.

Yes it comes down as a 3-drop pretty often. There are a few different ways to hit 7 attack on board besides the Secret Weapon, including Trickster/Hojan/Merchant + SST, or Trickster/Merchant + Hojan + Power, or just Finest Hour on an unrenowned Hojan. There are more that just show up as you play the deck.
