8 Llanowar Elvs?!?!! Logistics Expert With Talir OP?

The classic Talir Combo Deck! This is an update on a version of the list that won an ECQ last year! We now get 8 1 drop power gainers so we can focus on just ramping from 1 drops, into a 3 drop ramp next turn, into a 5 drop on turn 3 if we're lucky! This is a very fast start and you can get ahead before your opponent is even on the board.
