Ideally, on 4 or 5 you want to have already healed passed 25 so you can ramp into a early Hall; if that doesn't happen your basicly stuck to an attrition plan. Using Nightfall and the curses to maximize damage while you sit and heal up with the occasional harsh rule while picking away at cards from the enemies hand. Few stand alone threats that are good for after Harsh Ruling, and a pretty good amount of healing to keep you stable.
