Inspired by LordPerth's version of this deck (see
here), all credit for the idea goes to him!
Basic idea:
- Play a merchant on turn three to get a praxis trove
- Play trove then play a Primal one drop on turn four. This gets you Etchings -> get Aid of the Hooru
- Play a two drop on turn five to play Second Sight -> put Aid on top. Then play a three drop to play Shared Vision to give Aid destiny.
Make sure you keep the right casting cost units in hand for after trove. Also if your three drop to get Vision is Nocturnal Observer, activating her will let you play Aid of the Hooru instantly.
Excavate and Re-read let you replay Aid as needed. Remember to Excavate first if you're going for both, as Re-read will make Aid voidbound.
Cleansing Rain is maybe a bit too cute, but it will be cast off the Owls from Aid because your Trove ticks to four and gives your dudes Aegis. I think it's probably worth the one slot it costs (Rain of Frogs or Unexpected Results might be other nice options and are actually castable. But Rain gets rid of Adjudicator's Gavel in the one game in your life where that will be relevant and you will feel
really clever.)
