This is the deck I used to climb to Master after Dusk Road hit and it has been very succesfull.
It is kind of a mix between Tempo, Midrange, Ramp and Combo as it can use any of these methods to win a game.
In essence it is an old Big Combrei shell with the addition of 4
Trail Maker and 3
Worldbearer Behemoth (did not want to craft a 4th one yet in case I pull one from a pack but feel free to add it). Of course this is not a win all deck and it has some weaknesses, namely a lack of removal outside of Vanquish. Apart from that though it can stall the board and just win on Siraf or Ironthorns if it needs too.
The biggest selling point though is games where you get to play silly stuff like turn 3
Marshal Ironthorn into
Worldbearer Behemoth or just attacking with your Behemoth while you have a
Mystic Ascendant on board. So as soon as your opponent runs out of answers for all your good cards you will easily be able to snowball into a victory.
That's all for now, just try it out (if you have the cards/shiftstones) and tell me what you think,
What are your thoughts on Auric Record Keeper? Obviously it doesn't have any real synergy with all the ramp/empower stuff, but it's a 4/4 for 3 with an upside - I'm a sucker for overstatted units, so I'm having a hard time bringing myself to cut this card from my list. Right now I'm running 2 of them, with 1 less sigil (I like to live dangerously) and 1 less Worldbearer (not sure I wanna craft a third one just yet, still not sure if I'm gonna keep playing this deck regularly in the long term). They seem pretty strong, and I've definitely won a few matches just by dominating the board with well statted 3- and 4-drops, but they also don't do anything for the ramp/empower game plan and I'm not sure this deck really wants to be running more 3-drops given that we already have Siraf and Enforcer and the initiates + extra sigils encourage a somewhat more top-heavy curve. Did you playtest them at all while working on this deck, and if so, what made you decide to cut 'em?
