Mimp's Double Double Deck

This deck was inspired by this post on Reddit. It opened my eyes to the Stonepowder Heretic and Heretic's Cannon combo.

The multiplicative Overwhelm damage can be pretty hilarious at times. If you can use Jishu, the Burning Brush with Onslaught I'd recommend getting a Heretic's Cannon in most cases. Be careful playing Hellfire Oni when Jishu, the Burning Brush is on the table, it can really mess with your plan by using up the ultimate immediately. Doorknocker on an empty board can be great, I've had games where the free Helpful Doorbot was the MVP. There's really not much in the way of removal just direct damage via Torch, Temper, and the hard way spellcrafting Piercing Shot out of Longbarrel. This deck really starts to sing at 6 power, it's usually just a matter of stalling the opponent until you can get there; I almost always mulligan for more power. The ultimate ability on Yushkov, the Usurper can really help play a bigger card early, that extra power can be a huge swing.

You could probably swap out a number of cards if you don't have them, the main things would be to keep as many Stonepowder Heretics, Heretic's Cannons, Hellfire Oni, and Doorknockers as you can. They seem to make up the foundation. I like the value you can get from Flamestoker and Shingane Forge but I'm sure they could be substituted. Groundbreaker hasn't really done much for me yet, if I had a market I'd put him and the Bore in there.

I find this deck a joy to pilot and it's funny how often it catches people by surprise. Most of the units don't look very threatening but the weapon drop on the next turn can be a bit of a shock. Let me know what you think, feedback is welcome.

Edit: I wanted some higher defense low cost cards to aid in defense until I could get 6 power out. I tossed in some Blurreechasers and really like their synergy with their scout ability and Temper. They also work really well with Doorknocker. I put in Bottoms Up as another way to add surprise damage.

Edit 2: I pulled a Kaleb's Persuader and it's an amazing fit in this deck. I may craft another one. I want to try and see how Censari Brigand fits in but haven't pulled one yet. I think Milos Izalio, Heir to Rebellion may also help with the curve a bit too, so I've added him but have yet to pull him in a game.
