I feel like the problem with these new Argenport decks, though, is that they have to win seeing like only 12 cards, unless you're up against peak, in which case I don't feel like this will outpace it.
Obviously, I could be wrong, as I've not tried these new type of AP decks yet, and, of course, if you get the right 12-15 cards, it looks smashing. Tavrod's impactful if he sticks and Telut is impactful just for showing up, even if those two are quite slow.
Your point is very valid. Especially with all of the ramp you need to stick one of the "big" threats or you just run out of cards. It's quite possible I faced a lot of weaker or one dimensional decks that this worked against. Since the new season, I've been trying a lower curve approach with 4 Regent's Tombs as an alternate build of Argenport that builds value in a different way. Argenport Midrange
