[Defiance] Praxis Sentinels

First pass at a Praxis deck with some new cards from Defiance!

Nika, the Freescaler and Diogo Málaga are both explorers so we can take full advantage of ramp from Mysterium Orb - since we ramp at a solid rate Nika is a decent power sink and it feels GREAT to rip a Heart of the Vault with double damage off the top of your library if you can activate Diogo. Since 1/3 of the cards in this deck are either relics or sentinels the opportunity cost for Amaran Shoveler was fairly low - "pay 1, draw a card" is a powerful ability.

Elysian Maul and Rakano/Skycrag aggro are decent matchups but, unsurprisingly, decks packing Statuary Maiden or tons of removal are the biggest challenges.
