Wisp Testing

I feel medium good about this list as a starting point. The wisp core is pretty good and activates tribute semi reliably - you don't really get it going until the midgame. Market is a mess, I like having access to shadow cards in a pinch and think that the Shadow Merchant is a better fit for the chumping the deck is doing so I decided to put a Soulbringer in the Market. Not sure if correct, season to taste.

Suspect Cards: Dark Return #3, Xenan Cultist, Playing only 2 Obelisks (you either want more or less), Stonescar Scrapper (You'd rather he sac'd one guy)

Hope this gives you a good wisp starting point. The deck is kinda close to playable.
