Top 50 Combrei Aggro

I thought I'd share this list because it's a little out of the mainstream, but I'm currently sitting at rank 48 with it, so I think my list has proven itself to be a real thing. I really think this is just the best list on ladder right now, but, idk, maybe it's just the best list for me. If I cared, I could probably push higher up the ranks, but I think I'm probably secure in top 100 for tonight, and honestly I don't really care that much

I think you are favored in aggro mirrors (vs non-combrei decks), I think I'm undefeated against rakano aggro, and elysian seems like a good matchup in my experience since you have less silly shenanigans going on and your deck is just straight business.

The combrei mirror, feels kinda bad. Really depends on their list. Obviously Tocas, Waystone Harvester is really good against you, but I have about a 50/50 record against the mirror, so you still have plenty of game, so I wouldn't stress about it.

Vs literally any Endra, Champion of Shavka varient, I think I might actually be undefeated. I can't remember losing a single match. I might have, for sure, but either way, I'm like 95%+ against those decks.

You also have a really solid matchup against a lot of the various control decks going on because this deck is quite resilient with 12 units that don't care about dying, and a lot of Aegis, plus Cykalis, the Burning Sand to clean up. And of course, if you manage to connect with teacher, it's almost over right there.

Reanimator I have also seen a lot on ladder, and we're slightly favored against them as well, but not as much as some other matchups. You're fast enough that on the play you can just kill them dead before they do anything, and if you manage to slap a Vanquisher's Blade on an aegis unit, it's pretty hard for them to win from that position.

This deck is kinda a dog against other time decks and I think stonescar is probably unfavored as well. There's not a lot of that going around on ladder though, so whatever.

Edit: I should probably mention why I'm not playinig merchants. Basically, I wanted this deck to have no units that die to endra pings and snowballs, so the Smuggler was out of the question. Auralian Merchant being an 0/3 is obviously terrible in an aggro deck. The only real viable option is Winchest Merchant, you could play it if you want, but it's kinda understatted, and this deck is all about playing cheap overstatted units. This deck really just does one thing, and all of your cards kinda overlap to serve the same purpose. So your market would probably look like this:

4th Vanquisher's Blade
4th Stand Together
4th Combrei Banner
either Ley Seige or 4th Desert Marshal
Sword of Unity

So basically you're playing a crappy card, to swap a card in your hand for a different card that's already in your deck, it's not a whole lot of value imo. So I prefered just to keep the deck streamlined.
