Big Creatures, Removal and Masochism. If you like all these there is a chance you'll like Jund Five (I won't stop calling color combinations in Eternal after MtG). Five stand obviously for the Typical attack of this brew's unit:
Syl, Cabal Strongarm,
Crimson Firemaw,
Dakus, Ancient Flame or
Impending Doom. We've got some non 5 attack cards, but they either get to be 5 attack or are over 5 attack.
The fun twist is masochism. A lot of cards ran in this deck do self damage, why not make it an upside then?
Smuggler's Toll, clever counter to
Dichro's Ruin and an alternative wincon. Combined with market
Factory Quota you can finish your opponenet even when you run out of units to stomp them. Which isn't easy by the way. With
Harbinger's Bite,
Auric Interrogator,
Know Thy Enemy and also some Emblem's we can create more card advantage on the go(Emblems also deal self dmg so more
Smuggler's Toll triggers).
Scalesworn Patrol is just a cherry on the top, fixes mana base and grows creatures present and future.
Surely deck has a long way to go to perfection but I believe it's quite interesting and fun to play. Have fun and remember Life is a Resource.
