Ghar controls the hand if you shift him in. He also can provide early board tempo along with borderlands lookout. Great thing is if removal is used on him, your Magus of the Mist drop tends to be solid on turn 5.
The market is to basically have an immediate response to something on the board, to provide overwhelm to get your dragon damage though and silence unit in hand. The Relic is to provide immediate and long term value and force the opponent to play cards from hand. Or they face 3 more fliers every turn.

I've been playing between wasp, polymorph and air silence. Polymorph and Air silence are more consistent as a spell can't remove them and stop them from happening, basically.
If the opponent is xenan I just wait to drop shift my Ghar. If they are holding back 3 power, I assume wasp and drop ghar before attacking with unit that has Sodi Spellshaper equipped..
Falling behind on board? Have no fear, the deck was build to find and echo power consistently enough to get your Rhymscale out. Not only does it freeze a bunch of enemies, it is also an immediate threat.

Talons helps you go wide and strong and gain flying to clear out a site they are guarding. This deck is good short, mid and long term. It can suffer from oni's if you don't have a 1 drop.

Think clearly before you smuggle. Everytime I smuggle correctly, its pretty much a win. Xenan i get the Fliers relic, or silence relic most times. Aggro types I get perma. The edict is primarily for Elysian to get rid of an endurance based unit that poses a threat or something that has been weaponized.
This deck owns Standard elysian because it is spell light. Also against Elysian I drop Ghar immediately and don't shift him unless I got him around turn 5.

Update: deck has been modified to Include 4 of Sodi, Windbreaker. Cut a few cards down and modified deck itself slightly.
Cut out voice of the speaker. added more Eilyn's favor. cut out talir's favored and put in more removal,control and 4th borderlands lookout
Now with all the draw options between Sodi Wingbreaker and Spellshaper I went ahead and cut the Bless Wisdom Card draw.
