EXP Mono Tasbu

Tasbu is pretty busted.. Evangel tech to help hit it on curve. There is enough draw here between warp, Tasbu, and Incarnus to make up for the lack of a market as a mono color deck. Vara and Office as a 1-of just for top end card advantage in case of flooding.
