Expedition may be rotating soon, but this deck managed to breeze through it pretty fast, ending with a 17-3 record into Masters. Not bad for an archetype targeted a bunch with nerfs.
The main gameplan of this list is to fetch either Grodov's Stranger or Makkar's Stranger with Traver's Farm to start going wild with a bunch of stranger triggers. While not an aggro deck itself, this list can put on the heat early if it draws a Ruthless Stranger, allowing for several good followups. But if there is no followup, sometimes it's worthwhile to hold a cheap stranger for the larger strangers if you know you can get to 6 power.

Strange Gladiator is also a key card, not only letting your strangers in hand get out of Sear or Blazing Salvo ranges, in particular making Makkar's Stranger way too big to handle, but also is the best stranger to fight against pesky Creation and Tradition relic-focused decks.

Swift Stranger is one of the ways you can close games against control, as he can make triggers of the other stranger effects immediate, along with pushing tons of damage out of nowhere.

As for removal, Purify is a good way to deal with some of aggro's more problemtic cards, along with one of your few answers to small fliers besides just overwhleming them. But Banish is even more important, being able to take down units way too large for midrange strangers to deal with normally, and protecting yourself from most of the important fliers that would otherwise eat this deck alive.

This leaves some of the more nonstandard choices and the Market. Unfamiliar Interloper solves one of the problems inherent with triccolor strangers without too much stress on the functionlity; influence consistency. Having to reach doubles in all 3 colors is not always a given, so extra fixing that also happens to be one or two triggers is key to making this whole thing work. Determined Stranger simply makes your board brawl better, and is good for the deck's curve. And then there's Shavka's Stranger. He might seem like a haphazard inclusion (and at first, this was true), but he's good at closing the door to matches in which your strange army can't finish or deploy quite fast enough. While a rare fetch, he can be a good one when Grodov's Stranger snagged enough power to get rolling.

This deck uses a Condemn market simply because it's a good and consistent option for fixing this deck's needs. Seek Power will be able to make Grodov's Stranger and Makkar's Stranger playable in the worst of times. Avoid Death is a card that's great in the market, and will stop problem units from even hitting the field. Edict of Makkar takes out huge Time units with no problem, making opposing Stranger decks that much weaker against yours, typically. Infinite Hourglass is actually a huge help, stopping the constant Permafrosts thrown around, especially with Big Skycrag being a popular list. Finally, Phoenix Stone is just a good option for hitting the opponent's face.
