This deck is mostly just a fun deck to play in gauntlet but it could def be interesting to play in other type of games.
The amount of power is mostly to ensure having both enough influence and power to play any card created, the strangers work both by giving you any influence you need and to have something to defend yourself with until you can create and play more powerful cards, i recommend not getting rid of them as they are very useful for this deck.
Outside of creating new cards, this deck plays a lot with the void and the possibility of both getting new and better cards and getting back any card you couldn't use in the best way. In general, i would say it's a strong deck and quite fluid.
The only issue is the early game but once you get the influence you need and the power you need it will all be easier and more fun.
Edit: I've made some changes that i think can help you get the relics you need faster and cheaper,
Display of Knowledge helps you find any relic you need, i usually go for
Worldpyre as it will let you play almost any card by just spending 4 power and helps getting rid of cards for which you don't already have the needed influence.
Severin, the Mad Mage helps you play any of the needed relics cheaper while also giving you a ring that's always useful.
Memento Mori is good for both giving you the influence you need and +1 max power.
Messenger Hawk is always useful to either get more copies of card creating cards, Pumpwerk Monstrosity, any useful spell or just a card you created and want more copies, i think all in all
Messenger Hawk is a good card to choose the way you want to play. Finally, i added the other two displays as ways to deal with enemy relics/attachments but also as situational spells
