Information

My first attempt at more serious/competitive deck. I personally don't think it comes out too broken, but trades some outright power for being able to vary its threats. The win-conditions all work well enough on their own, and work even better in tandem. Presently, the big problem for me to solve is addressing early pressure, as the early game board state can be somewhat weak and easy to snipe.

Wincons and Core Combos
Ixtol, Champion of Grodov is the first major threat. He's just a big boi on the field the opponent has to answer early.
Pillar of Amar is our wide answer. Pillar of Amar puts 10 attack on the board the turn he's played.
Martyr's Chains is our final win condition, getting our units huge, either with a wide, high power board state, or individually massive threats.

Wincon Combos
Ixtol + Pillar of Amar: Lets us grow a wider board off unit kills. An Ixtol trade with units will get us more disposable 5/5s to keep pressure up.
Ixtol + Martyr's Chains: These two in tandem results in a board wipe for playing 1 power, and ramping up Ixtol even more.
Pillar of Amar + Martyr's Chains: Wide board state which will become unmanagable to anything but repeated board wipes.

Secondary Combo pieces
These are cards that get us ramp, or enable us to play more power per turn while getting value or addressing shortcomings in the deck.

Hojan, Crownbreaker with Aamri's Choice or Nahid's Distillation
Gets us ramp, and a 7-9atk overwhelm/lifesteal or 3 cards + ramp. Aamri's Choice can be played in response to removal to ensure ramp if needed.

Icaria, Valkyrie Captain
5 cost ramp attached to a Flying/Endurance body that will become a 4/3. Our ramp is focused specifically around playing power to take advantage of our Empower effects. Her main role in the deck is getting us more power cards played per turn, but can help alleviate flying pressure while we build our big ground threats.

Auralian Merchant and Pearl Abbey Smuggler
Besides their obvious function of getting cards out of the market, Auralian merchant gets us ramp and our transition pieces. If left alone, Pearl Abbey Smuggler will quickly become a dangerous unit as we play Find the Way and other combat/control tricks.

The Market
Because our Wincons are already in the deck save Martyr's Chains, the market focuses on our "transition phase," basically allowing us to start applying pressure while we assemble our missing pieces of our Core, or keep stalling. Sandstorm Titan's role is more to shut down fliers, but also functions as a turn 4 big boi, or early removal bait.

Let me show you its features
Early turns are spent ramping or answering early threats. Devotee of the Sands and Power Stone diversify our ramp, but trade speed for safety compared to Initiate of the Sands. Find the Way helps not only ensure our curve, but draws us gas for our empower effects later down the line. Deck thinning is also important, getting power out of our deck means we draw less of it. Learning to play around depleted power is a necessary skill, and depleted power should ideally played solely to trigger Empower effects.

Outside of ramp, the rest of the deck is concerned with drawing cards and keeping the opponent off of us, or protecting us from various threats. Harsh Rule can give us a clean board state. Its not ideal as we have units which provide maximum power, but by turn 5/6 if we've done everything else right, 1-2 power isn't a huge setback. Infinite Hourglass and Porcelain Mask are bait relics that also gets us value via silence/protection from stuns.

Possible Swaps and Additions
Secret Pages can double as an inefficient combat trick, but slows the deck down slightly.
Ancient Lore cut for more Nahid's Distillation or more control. Personally I prefer having unconditional card draw, but Stand Together is a good option to help protect our units. Sword of Unity is probably a better overall option.
Waystone Gate another ramp avenue that will get us an 8/8 Giant eventually.

Packbeast, Combrei Emissary, and Intrepid Longhorn provide bodies + ramp but tend to sit on board not doing much or catch removal before they can do anything. Icaria and Hojan's one-off effects means we get our ramp or Health advantage, and can then chump or catch removal for our real threats.

Moonstone Vanguard has the least synergy with the rest of the deck, and tends to be a blocker more than anything. Life gain is important in this deck, because we will be taking more face damage in the early turns. If the Opponent's board is clear or we have Combat Tricks left in our hand, it can draw us cards and that is always a good thing.

Conclusion
This basic shell of Ixtol/Pillar/Martyr's is flexible enough to accommodate shifting to more aggressive or defensive styles, depending on your tastes. The deck as it stands currently focuses on consistency and diversity of achieving the same goal: ramp fast to get big units on the board and hit people with them. Focusing on one particular style of ramp would increase speed but reduce safety, leaning more aggresively/defensively trades safety for potential pressure. All in all, I do think the deck can be competitive for grinding Throne, but might be underpowered compared to Tournament level decks, and while I'll continue to tweak and try variants of it, I'm happy with the current build.

I hope you enjoy, and if you've read this far, thank you for your time and I hope you enjoy the deck. GLHF.
