Hooru Zapdos (JANK)

The point of this janky beauty is to Hawk your Static Bolts and get some very juicy direct damage spells to burn your opponent down. Vanquish, Permafrost, Hailstorm, End of the Story, Harsh Rule, Polymorph are there to give you board control and disruption against recursion decks and scream decks.

Rain of Frogs and the one copy of City Wide Ban is meant to disrupt slow control/combo lists and give you time to burn them down. Hooru Pacifier and Merchants are there as sturdy blockers that somewhat disrupt and slow down aggro decks.

The deck has a lot of card draw and Second Sight is meant to put Static Bolt on top of the deck for multiple procs.

DO NOT PLAY THIS DECK, it is horrible, untested, poorly made, and dumb.
