Unstable Hatebears

This is a fun deck intended for Casual mode. It is similar to Hatebears from mtg in that it packs a ton of hand disruption and a resource denial component with Slow and Time Weaver. Since almost every unit is under-statted and used primarily for its summon, Unstable Form is included to make these units into real threats (or Idol of Destrans!)
