Berserker Packtics

Shimmerpack Combo Deck:
Main focus is to draw Shimmerpack from your market while Dusk Raider is in play to give it berserk.

Choices:
Voice of the Speaker functions pretty nicely with this deck, with all the extra influence draw you get from your other cards, Talir's Favored and Amber Acolyte in particular, you can fuel your 8 merchants to easily get anything you want.
edit: trying to use Trail Maker in this slot as an experiment. Thinking the sudden mana gain might be more useful to suddenly combo off a few turns earlier.

Strategize works well, especially in conjunction with how many small guys who draw cards we have. We can pick and choose what we want and toss extra land if we get it.

Auralian Merchant and Jennev Merchant are both being run as playsets to give easy access to shimmerpack, as well as equivocate.

Dusk Raider: Half of the combo. This card gives the Berserk keyword to any cards you draw, which includes the market.

Shimmerpack: Other half of the combo. When played it will copy itself onto any creatures you choose, yours or the opponents. If it has Berserk, then the other cards that get transformed get Berserk as well. This means that you suddenly turn a board of one to three 1/1s or 0/2s into 8-24 damage. Its quite silly.

Clan Standard slightly larger Lightning Strike that kills a lot of the fliers in the format as well as dealing with mid-sized threats while you are setting up your combo, while not needing to give up a non-land spot. Also effective against infect decks.

Scorpion Wasp: A fantastic way to kill their annoying aegis flier, whether its Icaria, the Liberator, Champion of Cunning, or even just a pumped up Kosul Battlemage, Scorpion Wasp will kill them all. In addition its a great way to remove Time deck's pesky big guys, and a target for shimmerpack if you need just a bit more damage.

Aeva, Eilyn's Elite: a recent addition, but a welcome one. She is bonkers, she gets you so many tokens, and with a single Xenan Obelisk she can suddenly block, or swing through, Icaria, the Liberator. She is wonderful.
